Waiver:  In consideration of my entry, I do hereby for myself, my heirs and personal representative release and discharge the
Old Settler’s Committee and the City of Redfield from all claims of damages, demands, or actions whatsoever arising out of
my participation in the above event.  I further release and discharge all officers, employees and agents of the above-named
organization from liability in this event. I further declare and certify that I am physically fit to participate in volleyball
tournament for which I am entered.
